Can I pay when you Deliver to my event? Yes! We accept cards and cash upon delivery. Please have payment ready for driver upon delivery
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Cash, Credit Card or Cash App
What are your delivery/drop off times? We start delivering from 9am-2pm we provide a ETA via text message the night prior to your event.
What are your pick-up times? We start pick up at 7pm and on depending on everyone's locations unless you reserved for overnight then we pick up the following day.
Are the inflatable bounce houses clean? Absolutely! We make sure to clean, disinfect, and shine it all just for that special moment, clean inflatables are a priority.
Do you require a deposit? Yes, we require a $50.00 deposit. We cannot reserve any rentals unless a deposit is made. Without a deposit we cannot guarantee the rental you want will be available.
What's expected of me to do before inflatable delivery? There are only a few things we ask our clients do to which are the following:
1) Turn off your sprinklers 2) Have an electric outlet (110 v) within 100 feet of the inflatable. Since some of our units are too big, be sure to have a clear entry with enough space 3) Have a clean and flat surface and make sure there’s no obstacles in the inflatable’s way such as electric cables, tree branches, animal feces any clutter. If these expectations are not met by arrival time and we have to return there will be a $40 return fee. Please be considerate of all other customers delivery times.
How many kids can use the bounce house at a time? Bounce houses can hold approximately 6-10 children at a time under 100 pounds. Limits are to be followed for the children’s safety, please view suitability of each inflatable. Please view weight capacity under descriptions of each inflatable.
What are the rules when using Inflatables? Absolutely: No pinatas near units, No Confetti, No shoes, No food, No drinks, No gum, No cigarettes, No silly string, No sharp objects, No rough play, No flips, No hanging from the nets, No sharp jewelry, No cell phones. Please read terms and conditions prior to reservation.
What if the inflatable is damaged during the party/event? We check all equipment before it goes out to our clients. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in a good working order. If the unit is damaged due to negligence, lessee shall pay lessor the full fair market value of the unit stated on our waiver. We offer a damage waiver that will be 10% of your total rental cost. This covers accidental tear and tear or extra cleaning fees. Please read Term and Conditions prior to reservation.
Who supervises the inflatable unit(s) during the event? We ask that an adult must supervise the unit with the children at ALL times. Children’s safety depends upon you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. The safety of all rides is YOUR responsibility.
How soon in advance of my event should I reserve the unit? It is preferred that an inflatable be reserved at least two weeks in advance of the date needed. We recommend this so the customer can get the unit desired for their event. For holidays it is preferred to book a month or more in advanced, remember last minute reservations can be made upon availability.
What if the inflatable collapses? Immediately take the kids out of the unit. The motor may have stopped, in which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor. If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the inflatable for snugness; re-tight as necessary. If you cannot detect the problem call us at (434) 822-3271.
What is your weather policy? During periods of rain, severe weather, high winds, lightning or excessive heat, Magic Bounce Danville reserves the right to cancel reservation. In case of rain, disconnect the electric power and the blower, and store it in a place where it won’t be exposed to the rain. Also, fold the unit along with the tarp so the water won’t damage the unit. If it looks like rain is going to ruin your party and you want to cancel, just contact us before delivery and there is no penalty or cancellation fee. Take in mind that our units are heavier and harder to pick up when they are wet; there will be no refunds after we drop it off even if it starts to rain later in the day.
What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel your event, please call us 7 days prior to your event at (434) 822-3271. If the rental is cancelled last minute (only exception will be for inclement weather-related cancellations) deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event due to weather conditions on the day of your event, please call before 9am, there will be no charge whatsoever and deposits will be refunded. Once our drivers arrive for set up, no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.
Do you deliver AND setup? ABSOLUTELY! We will deliver and set up each unit and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and the driver will come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 15-30 minutes, depending on size of unit and take down is about 15 – 30 minutes. We also provide extensions cords and (tarps if needed) all this is included in your rental.
What surfaces do you setup the bounce house inflatables on? We only like to set up on grass. No concrete. We can’t set up on any type of gravel or loose rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl underneath the castle/slide. For us it is very important to know on what type of surface the units will be settled since the way of anchoring them can vary by the type of surface. Indoor gyms are accepted, we will provide sand bags for an extra fee.
Are you a licensed and insured company? Yes, we carry an industry leading insurance policy. Magic Bounce Danville is licensed and registered with the State of Virginia, and is required to collect sales tax for our bounce house, tables and chairs and concessions reservations.
